A legal wedding is possible but calls for documents including a certificate of no impediment, legalised and translated into Spanish. Most couples choose a symbolic ceremony at the resort, which is simpler and just as beautiful.

Best Time

December to April gives sunny, dry weather at 25-30 degrees. September and October are hurricane season, with lower prices but a real risk.

All-Inclusive
