Wedding website terms

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply when you pay to publish your wedding website. Planning and building the site costs nothing, and these terms only apply once you pay.

1. Who you are contracting with

The service is provided by Adealsweden AB, organisation number 559443-5413, Sweden. Adealsweden AB receives the payment and is the party your agreement is with.

2. What you pay for

You pay for your wedding website to be published, which means visible to your guests at its own address. The planning tools and building the site are free before, during and after the purchase.

We do not organise weddings, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with suppliers, hotels or travel companies.

3. Basic and Premium

Basic publishes the site with everything you have built and up to 6 photos in the gallery. A small line at the foot of the page says it was made with us.

Premium is needed if the site uses any of the following: a password, more than 6 photos in the gallery, a guestbook, or guests uploading their own photos. A Premium site carries no line about us.

The builder shows which level the site needs before you pay. Photos never carry a watermark, on either level.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown in the builder and at checkout before you pay. It is in your market’s currency where we have one, otherwise in euros, and VAT is included.

You choose to pay once or monthly. Payment is by card through Stripe. We never see your card details.

5. How long the site stays published

The site stays published until 3 months after the wedding day. If you have not given a date, it is 12 months from the purchase. A purchase always gives at least 30 days, even if the wedding has already taken place.

The end date is set when you pay, from the wedding date in your plan at that moment.

If you pay monthly, the amount is charged each month until the end date, and then the payments stop by themselves. Nothing renews after that.

6. Right of withdrawal

The site is published as soon as the payment has gone through. At checkout you ask for the service to start immediately and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. That is why there is no 14-day withdrawal period for the purchase.

7. Cancelling and changing level

A monthly payment can be cancelled at any time in the billing portal, which you reach from the builder. The site then stays up until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged.

A one-time payment covers the whole period and is not refunded in money.

If you change from Basic to Premium, or from monthly to a one-time payment, the earlier purchase ends as soon as the new one is paid. What remained of the earlier period is not refunded.

8. When the period ends

Your guests can then no longer open the site. Your planning and the site’s content stay in your account, and you can publish the site again by paying again.

9. Your content

You are responsible for what you put on the site, such as texts and photos, and for having the right to use it. What you put there is yours. We use it only to show the site to the people you share it with.

We may close a site that contains anything unlawful or is used for something other than a wedding.

10. Changes, law and contact

If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. A purchase you have already made follows the terms that applied when you paid.

Swedish law applies. If we cannot agree, you can as a consumer turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.
